I wonder if the real Countess Giulietta Guicciardi was that stunning. She may have found the sonata too brooding. Giulietta married another composer and moved away for some years. she soon had several children but none were by her husband because he was impotent. Bethovan never befriended her after she returned to Vienna in 1821. she lived until 1856 i believe.
