TheMeta1 yes he did threaten to over-rule him, you see when a politician is asked a question they don't want to answer, they avoid answering the question by giving the answer to the question they wanted to be asked, rather than the question they are being asked. He won't say he didn't threaten him because that would be a lie, he won't say he did because that would damage him. Its what politcians call being economical with the actuality, which is what you or I would call lying.
