No, but the bee did recognize that it was being trapped/threatened when it went to some flowers, and it became cautious of all flowers. The plastic white spider didn't even move, therefore it is not reasonable to assume that the spider had anything to do with the trap (the bee grew paranoid of the flower trap before it had enough trials to recognize that the white spider signals a trap).
