You have to push with the thigh of the leg that pulls the hoop back and jump in the hoop quick.

Excellent instruction. You know I added this to the "Learn Hoop Tricks" group on YouTube. You also inspired me to create another group called "HoopStart" for elegant and creative starts and transitions.
