Thanks for the cockup Birmingham City Council, thanks for freezing my nuts off for 2 hours in the cold, what a waist of time, bad move licencing department. Against one colour, 2 mot's and a silly age limit for the cars that you are trying to bring to enforce, no thankyou very much.
