Visually? It is one giant nod towards Noel Coward, with a slightly darker twist.

Omg!! I was 5 wen I first see this video, and it freaked me out!! even now at the age of 23 wen freddie turns around at the start it makes me jump!! lol... a truly amazing band, and a true diamond of a man and musician...there will never be a band to be better than Queen!! Freddie is a tru legend and his music will live on in decades to come!!

Hm, I couldn't really see a negative difference as he got more sick. Yeah, he did become gradually skinnier, but in his younger days he was pretty much like that, so his look from his younger days is more apparent again as he got thinner due to sickness. Of course its not a good thing but that's how I see it. Especially in this vid, he looks more like the early days than the ones before where he gained a little weight and looked and had a more fit and healther body size.
