I read in the paper a few years ago that they were thinking of making a movie about Robert Burns about this correspondence with Nancy Mclehose that was a few years I suppose those plans have been shelved. i read that they were talking to Emma Thompson as Nancy Mclehose can't remember the actors name they were thinking of I think it was Ewan MacGregor would have been interesting to see the finished product.

Remind me much of an old schoolmate I had a crush on. She only treated me like a friend, however unique her feeling for me may be.
