But where is the Cross of Sacrifice? Why are the graves unlike those in Commonwealth War cemeteries? Why go through the effort to ignore such details; this could be for Yanks for all I know.

Actually, there are no mass graves these days. Soldiers are buried at the grace of their families and there are no new large scale parks of commonwealth war graves. I think the point is that this is a tribute, and a popular one, not a reproduction :-)

Amazing, to see this place through someone elses eyes... and to see things I never noticed before.

Fantastic.

Well, that is an amazing treatment of a profound build in SecondLife. As Terry comments, your integration of Windlight into the lighting was particularly well done, but frankly, while watching I am more caught into the message of remembrance, and less focused on the technical aspects. And making technical things transparent to the viewer is a strong mark of artistic ability. Thank for making and sharing this.

Love this machinima Oolon. I very much enjoy your use of light(and windlight!), those sunrises and sunsets are spectacular. In particular the camera angles in some shots are fantastic. And the music is gorgeous for this. Great job!

A beautifully-shot video for an amazing Second Life landmark. The way the sun lights up each row of headstones one by one as it pans across was particularly moving I thought(19-24 secs). Stunning!

Beautiful and tastefully done. I love the version of Abide With Me too, faultless choice of music.
