Yes, the ball to the right of the turbine fan blade produces the steam which passes thru the thin tube and exits right at the edge of the turbine blade without touching it...the jet of steam then turns the blade at incredible rpms. Not capable of any real work, but cool demonstration none the less. A slightly bigger, stronger version of this turbine is shown on another video as the Jensen model 95G engine powering a generator.
