Edit: Its not the pin, cause its not touching the circuit board, so what could be the problem?

I put in the pandora battery and magic memory stick, but the screen just stays black. I know the battery is working because the green light comes on when I plug it in. did I not lift the pin high enough?

yes you can.. PAndore battery is just to install the custom firmare.. nothing else..
