This is from the PS2 version of Deus ex which had cinematic endings and intros instead of in-engine like the PC version.
EDIT-June 5, 08: added annotations for the PS2 explanation, and cut lines. The annotation will come up right when the cut line is supposed to be said. For the full effect; pause the video when it comes up, read it, then continue the video.

Although it doesn't explain as much as the original, I think this version actually sounds alot more like a conversation. Simons explaining UNATCO to Page is incredibly clunky.
Those notes... they like censored some lines in the PS2 version? i mean, that of the churches and schools, or the attack to the statue... maybe they thought it was a bit, you know... But what's the point? They are the evil guys, they have to sound evil saying evil things!
