I do the same thing on the other side, at 5:50. You just fold the side over. Please look at 5:50, and it if is still not clear, let me know.

Unfortunately, I do not have a way to make more videos at this time (which is why I've not made any in a long time).

Thanks. Does the original crease in the skirt change when you pull out the flap to give it the flare?

Yes. Sorry for the delay in responding. The crease changing is actually what helps the skirt to flair.
