her name was tracy young , she hung around a bit for the style council , released a couple of solo singles that did ok ( thought they were crap meself even though i liked her with the jam and SC) . Think shes a radio presenter today .

I actually cried when this was originally on top of the tops, how sad is that?Well i was 14!! i was gutted when The Jam split up, it seemed so important at the time but i loved The Style Council after that

i know! me 2, i looked this up cos at 42 this was my era at 14 ish, also i wanna know wot happened to the girl , i always remember her on totp on podium, ski jumper and skin tight jumbo cords and flatties or tukka boots lol. she danced so cool

my doesn't paul look uncomfortable without a guitar in his hands, wee bit of dad dancing gan on. if my memory serves me right, paul had already announced the split before this hit no.1. like this version to, foxtons voice is a bit more obvious
