I was there for about 5 days in 1971, sleeping under a tree in Jelsa, and it is still a wonderful memory.

Croatia is croatia serbia is serbia you can always visit us as tourist but never as agressor's!!!! History is 100 years ago but 10 years ago is not history it is fact... We love our neibours and you are always welcome to OUR country!

Huh? Are you saying that though your mom is Croatian you were born in Serbia and therefore can no longer visit? That is really sad and I'm sorry to hear that. And you were a tour guide there? Man, that's a bummer. Try not to let it get you too down. It's a pity the Balkans can't move beyond history. Maybe one day you will be able to safely visit again. Are you sure you wouldn't be welcome?

That's a bunch of crap, why would't he be able to visit stay what ever! Croatia is full of Serbians the only way is if he done something wrong or criminal....
