this lady was hot when younger..sorta reminds me of holly hunter! discovered her in a great movie called ladys in retirement 1941 check it out!

Yes- they WERE still close. Elsa & Charles were close friends with my Dad & Grandmother. I have too many stories to believe otherwise. Oh- what stories I have heard! They all went on several vacations together- Elsa & Charles, my Dad & Grandma. Enough said.

absolutely fantastic. charles is by far my favorite actor of all time. he captivates me every time i see him on screen. elsa is equally as brilliant. her voice is so distinctive. funnily enough, my first exposure to her was as a young child in "i love lucy" as the serial murderess on the trip from new york to florida.
