it's a capacitive screen so im sure it able of doing that, idk why t mobile didnt put it on more of the software like web browser, and photo zooming

hello,

the android is using the same type of touchscreen used on the iphone right? resistive touchscreen.. on the iphone there are some apps u can use more then just 2 fingers, you can use 4 or i think 5 fingers..

with your proof of concept, can you use more then 2 fingers on the screen?

This just shows that the projection-type touch technology used by the G1 is able to provide similar multi-touch functionality to the iPhone's capacitance-type touch screen. Okay, so it starts with an ugly hack, but now I'm using the latest custom firmware, it's great to have pinch-to-zoom on my browser. =D

Your work is thoroughly appreciated.
