Well, perhaps we don't know how to pronounce 'Tuomas', but he doesn't know how to pronounce 'uilleann' :P (It's said 'ill-inn') Then again, Irish must look completely impossible to foreigners when it comes to speaking it...
Tarja is not exactly an opera singer ;) . She had a classical background, she has sung in some operas but she has been in Nightwish since she started to study. Nightwish has always been her priority, and she actually liked the music. I don't think she was acting like a diva. They had serious problems in the band .
After re-reading what I had written, I can see that I said some things in haste that have no relevance. I can agree with you. At the same time, however, the fact that many believe Nightwish to have been her priority is only partially right. While she was willing to stay with the band, she made it so, but she did say to Tuomas that the album following "Once" would have been her last album with them. She has stated this in many of her own interviews. I'm not in for a fight, here. :-)
I know that. But she didn't want to leave because of the music, she was disappointed by the comunication problems they had and she didn't like touring so intensively like NW wanted (and did with DPP tour) to do. ;)
