I was 6years old when this move came out. I was the youngest of four brothers...needless to say, I remember this theme song from way back.

dj shadow named this as one of his favorite tracks- downbeat way before its time- you can see why- fucking great!

With no doubt, together Morricone, this is the best music written for cinema.
Both Lalo Schifrin and Ennio Morricone reached the top of their boundless artistic resources thanks to their meeting with the best cinema directors in XX Century: Sergio Leone and Donald Siegel.
Eastwood was favourite by Goddess Fortuna, having worked under both of them.
Today Hollywood has completely lost their lessons.
An art without masters is forced to die.
And cinema is indeed dead.

Lalo Schifrin is a legend, people like him and Ennio Morricone gave a certain atmosphere to films that gave the films their intensity.
