Why before the beginning of rotation the voltmeter registers voltage ?

nearly 0 friction is nice, maybe add more wires & stabilize voltage. Off set, stacked,re-wired ( smart drive motors ? )

thats why he put the clock there for people like you. the only problem i got with this is that there isnt attraction from the magnets you would need a transformer to attract and repeal each magnet. but hes is only magnets that arent even close to each other. i think the shaft is being turned by a motor of some sort and what your see on the multimeter is just the electron of the magnets moving to the ground
