iClone Tutorial #1: two character dialogue

when i try to activate iclone it says "failed to right regisry. plealse check computer authority" PLEASE HELP ME

This is a newbie question but how do you add two characters?

when you make the voice do you type in the words?or do you use a microphone and do the voices yourself?also can you add a music song instead of voices and will it show them singing instead of talking?

I use a microphone. You can make a singer lipsync the words by speaking the words of the song and recording that. You then apply that recording as "facial Animation". You remove the spoken words in your editing software, and match the music/singing track to the action.
