God of War 2 - Door problems

I guess the mini game sequence for opening doors can be "de-synced" so that the animation of kratos lifting the door will force the door open regardless of the button tapping timing.

I have had a similar thing happen where Kratos drops the door, right before he would give it the final push, only for it to fly open anyway.

Had it with 2 or 3 different doors.
Seems to be a timing issue.

Damn. I'm sure you know what this means. It could be an... epidemic. Epidemic of backwardly spring-bolted doors. Now think of that a moment and don't tell me you don't get the jeepers.
