Hey. Thanks for the compliment on the flying. By show flying do you mean hardcore 3D? Whoever told you that doesn't know very much about the models history. Out of the box on 4s power is marginal for 3D, it can be done within reason but requires good collective management skills. For all out 3D if you run the model on 6s, with the Lightening Outrunner motor there will be more than enough power! Some choice upgrades like the ali head block, grips etc. will tighten the controls......

up nicely and is what I did to my model. Then add some 55cm main blades and you've got a very capable machine. The newer carbon framed version takes things a little further, but I stuck with the stock plastic frames which got beefed up over time to help keep the airframe solid in hard manovers. You wont ask for more performance on 6s. Ian

Hey. Ah ok. Setting the model up for a more sedate, scale flying style will be easy to. If your not into 3D then shoose a smaller pinion to reduce the head speed, in turn increasing flight time & you'll have a ball. CenturyUK sell the motors, this will be good for you if you want to stay with 4s LiPo power; "BRUSHLESS OUTRUNNER MOTOR 550 PLUS, 1470kv" A friend had this in his Swift16 on 4s and a larger pinion & it flew 3D well, but not as high a head speed as my 6s one.

Nice smooth flying as always, Ian! Loved the comment from the pits after the tailslide. :^) I doubt I'll ever be able to fly my Swift like that, but it's fun anyway.

Hey Chris, Thanks for the compliment on the flying buddy. LOL, yes I fly with a couple of good friends & we're always poking fun at each other. I knew it was going to go wrong as I didn't lineup the tail correctly on the entrance to the manouver. You'll definetly be able to do all that & more matey, it's just time & practice. It's the same with me, steadily I am getting more daring now & trying things I know I can do but haven't yet tried. Chat soon my friend. Ian
