I just love this video, apart from the brilliant music the visual banter between Ciaran and Barney isvery endearing.

hey i was just on the wikipedia page for ciaran bouke and there's only one line wirtten about him.
i think its a shame that there's so little written about such a wonderful musican and such an important figure in irish music. i wouldn't know an awful lot about his life so i thought maybe someone on here could do up his page a bit! thanks.

He was born with a tenor in his hands, they had too pull him out sideways because the neck of the banjo wouldn't fit.
Ok maybe my stories aren't as good as Barney might tell 'em but he is a legend and a master of the tenor banjo!
