this vid really hurt...Washington State is trying to criminalize homelessness and poverty. They Tried to get laws past that homeless should have "special I.D. cards" to show your homeless.. and w/o this special I.D. you cannot use homeless services..like food banks, shelters, feeding prgms, etc.I was homeless in Seattle for most of my life. It's almost impossible to get off the streets whn you can't take a shower, laundry, and have no address to get an I.D. how hard is it to get job 4 all ov us
