After watching the 3 Episode OVA, i really wished they would have animated a full 26 episode series. The 2006 version is not that great cuz they changed a whole mess of things...

In Asia, they refer mushroom as dicks, at 0:07 it bears some resemblances, and that might explain why she blushes when touching those. Never watched this anime, but I just love the song!

The TV remake series of Kujibiki Unbalance.The "heart" is because they put a heart in the middle of the title to differentiate it from the original version.
