the argument he makes is 100% correct, the FA are usless, there is too much in fighting between the FA, The Premierleauge and the Football Leauge. You can actually argue that chelsea and Manchester United have more english players in thier squad than most of the rest of the Premier Leauge. I dont agree with limits on Forigen Players as thats discriminating however youth accademys in the UK should only be for British Kids as they seem to be over run with forigen Players.

I want to know why this guy wasn't taken up on his offer of doing a better job than the FA clowns but for free?! I'd employ him!

The kids aren't lazy, they just get raised on a rough-arse mentality of getting stuck in rather than skill and  technique.

iniesta is more technical, gerrard works harder...and shoots more powerfully, two different player. Gerrard admits hes noit the best midfielder, he is humble and praises all other players, the only player probably who does that and has heart.

The thing with this country (along many others) is that kids want the trappings of football e.g. Money,Woman,Cars,Clubbing and other stuff without having to work for it

gerrard is good yes, but you can only afford 1 player in your team that plays with his sort of style or you would never control games in possession.
The best quote ive herd to describe his short-cummings was by his own manager: "Steven Gerrard in center midfield empties the midfield too quickly" That is why Rafa is so hesitant in playing him in his 'preferred' role.
