the carphone only sell lies and i have the prove. not only the insurance but sell me a blackberry curve 8900 and told me it is 3g connection only now i find out it is not and they don't replace it. never buy in carphone because only sell lies

If you buy a mobile phone from the CPW, chances it becomes faulty soon are 50/50.
And if you still think that's ok because you might still have warranty ... your are bound for a nightmare.

My advise: buy your next mobile from your NETWORK OPERATOR directly.

well I bought a laptop from them, they have since posted me another laptop worth 500 pounds and a few months later a phone that cost 300 pounds they took the money from my account for these items even though I did not order them and when I called them to find out what was happning they were rude and would often hang up on me. It took over 4 months after I retuned the itmes for to get my mony back 4 months ! And they did not even aplogize or expline to me why this was allowed to happen
