No, she made a choice. There are a lot of rich people who don't do drugs. There are middle class people and lower income ppl, who don't have a lot of money, who do drugs. Money is an object that is used to buy stuff but it ultimately is the persons choice. Money did not exchange itself for drugs and force her to do snort it. Saying it's because she has too much money is just rationlizing so it makes it sound like it's not her fault, when in fact it is because she made a choice.
