The movie is a little different than the book (for instance, he doesn't actually get stoned by those people). DIALOGUE between writers, screenwriters and actors on indie film DVD 'special features' is freaking AWESOME.

hmm, the only Palahniuk book I've ever read is Lullaby. I started reading another, but it seems like he puts too much stock in pure shock value. Whadda ya think?

The movie looks pretty good though, and I like Sam Rockwell, so I might try to get a hold of a copy.
