In my opinion, the best game ever created.

I kind of just want to LIVE in the world of this game...I have so many good memories from childhood with Riven...wow, what an achievement. Truly a work of art.

What is that music track in the background? I really liked that from my PSX version of Riven. I bought the soundtrack assuming it was on there but it's not!

i agree, moiety.
i´ve got a riven t-shirt, and once i said "if a woman comes to me sometime and tells me "oh, Riven, great, I finished it, i loved it"..i would be in trouble. I would have to leave my wife and marry her forever.

Ahh...the memories. The sky is so incredibly blue, the waters so clean, the noises, sounds, and music are crystal clear and hauntingly beautiful. I have no belief in an afterlife, but wouldn't mind if it approached the beauty of this game.

Real people were also in "Realms of the Haunting". I loved that game, too. All these old games had a THICK environment. I miss it :-(

wow...my situation is almost the exact same as yours, right down to the fact that it took us 4 years to beat with breaks and stuff
