If there's a Hell, and I believe there is, Lucas is there. Hell was made for cold blooded killers. I'm truly sorry for his victims and their families. No one deserves to be murdered for absolutely NO reason.

My cousin's 18 y.o. wife (married only 5 months) was raped and murdered in her own home in 1979. Sentenced to "20 to Life". Her killer was realeased from prison in 2000. Thanks a lot North Carolina...
