You can't. It's an automatic change. The cutscene where it shows you the side change is just for aesthetic effect.

The opening song is from TearRing Saga, the perspective switch is from Tales of Rebirth, the mountain's song is from Tales of the Abyss and the battle theme is from Tales of Destiny 2. The victory theme is from Tales of Eternia.

Battle System: I guess it's the way you simply put in commands and then the characters do their thing. Rather than in most Tales games where it happens in real time. As in pressing the button to instantly have your PC do something. I like both systems... I could never pick one over the other. xD

Cool man i like this battle system. Its kinda like with Star Ocean or The Tales other games. Tales of Phantasia was the one that didnt have it like this. Good going matey!
