I think Audrey's new design is definitely creative if not a bit weird--they did base it on the pitcher plant, which is carnivorous, and I'm guessing it made the "devouring" scenes easier. For some reason though, Audrey II's voice sounds like it has a New York accent.

You are over exaggerating. Ellen Greene is way better. Her voice is so soulful.

British can't do this play at all. The guy is overdoing his East Coast accent and his voice is too high. It is funny because his actual voice is deep, so why would he change the pitch so drastically?! Sounds stupid. I enjoyed the high school version more than this one.

Seen every British version ever produced, have you? If not, how can you make such a ludicrous generalisation?

thats exacly what I ways thinking, his voics is too, high. and, come on people it looks like a green toliet bowl with teeth! and for seymore, not terrible, but not great. And for all of you asking, yes there is an armidillo in my pants
