these people are scamm artists, look up smartsmoker usa on the bbb better business bureau website, they do not belong to the bbb, but the bbb website will show you how many complaints have been sent in about these people,but unless you make a complaint to the BBB yourself these people will continue raping these unsuspecting citizens who just want to quit smoking

I'm going to make my own video and post it on YouTube on how you guys scammed me out of $100 and would have been more if we wouldn't have caught it on our credit card bill and called the credit card company.....You not gonna like this video either, so sad how you send ppl E-mails saying try this product for free just pay shipping and handling and then rope them in to a reoccuring monthly charge of $75 that was only supposed to be $9.95 for S&H in the first place

Very helpful for what I needed thank you. To help answer the questions from my very basic knowledge. The battery should last two cartridges. They seem to all assemble differently. This the one I have. This was actually my problem, I didnt understand how to put the cartridge in but you pull the "filter" off with out unscrewing it and to take the "filter" off for charging purposes you unscrew it. It would appear to be blinking green when its fully charges but ive only had my ecigarette for 2 hours

1st time you charge it for 8 hours, then you just charge it till the light changes colour. Cartridges last for about the same as 12 cigarettes.
