Lamborghini Islero S, driven by Roger Moore in the 1970 movie "The Man Who Haunted Himself" - here we have a collage of all the footage from the movie of this iconic classic Lamborghini, including the car chase at the end! Lamborghini only built 100 examples of this model, the Islero S, and this is one of only 2 that went to the UK. The actual car from the film (chassis #6432) has been restored to perfection and is still in the UK in private ownership. Isleros in this condition today are valued upwards of $150,000 US (one sold at auction in Monterey for $203,000; and recently the Islero that once belonged to Feruccio Lamborghini himself is reputed to have sold for around $250k). The Islero is regarded by many as one of the best cars Lamborghini ever built, and indeed was the favourite of Feruccio himself. The simplicity and purity of the design exudes power and style without being overly flambouyant.
