Eugenics++ for a new age, a new world order. This is social engineering, population control & absolute state monitoring of human life as stated below. Tony Blair has a lot to answer for - and the destruction of society is only one thing.

He should be in the Hague for war crimes against Iraq and pre emptive warfare.
