    Correct, traditionally, all U.S. attorneys submit letters of resignation when a new President takes office and rarely beg to retain their jobs. Most resignations are accepted and the attorneys are replaced by the new President within the first year of office.

    Certainly a more pressing matter in the legal field surrounds the law firms of Epstein, Becker, as well as Sidley and Bell.
