Carter was an "Illuminati" selectee just like Obama......Secret Establishment ran his presidency.  The guy was a peanut farmer for crying out loud. Whole cabinet was Secret Establishment boys, so when he says, "We need a new 9/11 investigation"......I want him nowhere near it. Imagine the panel that will do the reinvvsetigation? On par with the Warren Commission......all the peeps that knew about it.
