Venison is no longer the rare meat it was years ago. It's not much more expensive than beef depending on where you live in Scotland. We're very close to a deer farm and shop. Love it!!

It's EXTREMELY easy in the Northwest. Hell, I'm surprised if I can go drive for 30 minutes at night without having to stop for deer, elk, or the like.
