Unfortunately,Nigeria football has gone downhill . Professional soccer, while monetarily rewarding, has also killed Nigeria's football style. The individual skils that used to make Nigeria football very entertaining has been destroyed. Add to that the importation of foreign coaches who knows nothing about Nigeria's football system. SMH

Nigeria was then a team to watch, the 2nd round match with Italy wasn't freely arbitrated... FIFA and the days referee should admit that, but it's a past that can't come back.

ru kidding? Baggio scored a perfect goal 2 minutes from the end...how was that a referee decision??? ALSO, Zola was sent off!!! Italy was down to 10 men! If anyone suffered from bad refereeing it was Italy! not Nigeria! get real please!
