How can you know you don't have any viruses if you don't have an anti virus program to scan for them?

Ok. Let's rephrase it: not a single problem-issue-failure-data loss due to malware-spyware-bad software-softwarethatdialstran genumbers.
Nothing strange running on my mac. Never had problems. I only reboot in case software updates need it.
