I like how you built it into a travel case, like your gonna show up to a rave and just bust this shit out.

Pretty cool. I think you might need to account for the different speeds that each drum is hit. Sounds like the time is off a little. Maybe connect a microphone and have some awesome algarithm that auto configures the delay compensation for each drum.... if you know what i mean.

I guess it would be too easy to just sample each sound and sequence them. The original true acoustic music machines are found in old carousels. Search carousel organ.
