The Jungle Book - Overture

Here is the opening credits segment to The Jungle Book. It comes from the 1997 VHS, so it shows that the Buena Vista logo is missing. © Disney Enterprises, Inc.

This music is amazing. A bit creepy though. Disney used to be amazing.. It's gone down hill tbh. :/

i get goosepimples each time i hear this melody, even though I watched this move the last time 10 years back... I love those old disney-movies... they had all something magical!

O.K it's possibly a Monkey, and sorry for stating the obvious, everybody knows Kookaburras are Australian (I get them in My garden)

Very well drawn with cool music. It makes me want to go to India.
There's something that sounds like a Koookaburra at the end, they're Australian o_O

On the 2007 Platinum Edition DVD, it has a cut-short version of the WDP logo and the original Buena Vista logo. I own the DVD myself.

Using a bassflute for the (equally brilliant) main theme was a stroke of genius
