My dad and me went up to train with my good friend Stan Pike of intense fitness and the UKKA. Due to an injury we did a lot of grip work (an often-neglected aspect of training for any athlete!!)This included one-hand lifts on Stan's prototype "Pillars of Hercules", a unique bit of kit that has interchangeable handle attachments.This clip shows Stan finishing with a one-hand lift total of 181 kilos (405 lb)on a 0.5 inch diameter ring!! Awesome work!!
