Saw EWF this past summer.  Philip Bailey, Verdine, the horns, man oh man what a wonderful night. Brought back so many memories and they sound every bit as great today, maybe better. Best wishes Maurice.

As a young white guy in the 70's, earth wind and fire was the first band that turned me on to playing the sax. They were funky, hip, incredibly talented, and omg did they have fun doing what they did. You can just hear the smiles on their faces, you know? Although I could never have been as good, I know I think of them when I play. Thanks for the posting.

Mo White and the fellas were supa bad (damn good). Their harmonizing couldn't be matched, and their lyrics were on an unheard of level. Again, supa bad.
