There is a massive difference, genius!!!! The UK has loads of historical and cultural links and connections, language, monarchy, celtic peoples, same islands etc. And have been united for hundreds of years, plus it is wanted by the people, and if a sate wants to leave like Scotland may, then it can. It is NOT dominated by England, English MPs do NOT vote on other home nations policies, and NI, Wales and Scotland have there own parliaments which England does not... it was also created by a scot.

As a Brit, I assure you, given the chance we shall leave, I don't know anyone who favors a political federation that removes nations states sovereignty or that cripples nations economies, Greece, Cyprus, Spain, Italy etc. If people wanted the EU then fine, but most do not.
