Undeniably the MOST underated rock group EVER! They were better than many other groups which got better press and exposure than them.

A great song from a great band. They should have been in the RHOF some 20 years ago.

Damn! I've missed this song. I'm not a baby boomer but this is definitely one of my fave songs from the 60's. In '92 or '93, there's this tv program I used to watch and it was playing music vids from the 60's then after that show is a 2-hour BEATLES special. Thanks for sharing this vid.

A beautiful example of how to write a good Pop song. Also, the birth of C.S.N. & Y's harmonies......

Is that Nash that has his amp turned up louder than Clarkes mic. What a putz.

I cannot think of any other song which begins with the same level of grace of this for the first 30 seconds, in spite of lyrics so impossible to sing ("bus stop, wet day, she is there, I say please..."). But Allan Clarke makes the miracle.

The result is such a jewel that all the other production of the Hollies does not compare (for me) with this one; the supreme grace suddenly wanes in an ocean of normality.

Well, this is perhaps the reason that it will stay with us for ever.
