We need a comic book hero Batman/Captain America to moraly investigate the hidden criminals till then let the government search if they do something wrong on a search punish those doing it imorally/pay cash to those who they wrongly misuse and hope for a better world its a dirty job but if someone doesnt do it will we be worse off "omg you are seriously shocked that AIG and companys are made up of people looking for there own self interest insted of there customers" if only we had known

they may seem to be bringing back the Writ_of_assistance and sence warrantless wiretap is simply an ongoing search Fourth_Amendment_to_the_United­_States_Constitutionand as you can see in the definition of national security National_security which is an evolving concept prolly needed to be made into a law stating what national security is and up jumps most peoples problem with warrantless searches not the search itself but that normal people cant see a reason to say suspect a company or person

think of a warrantless wiretap like a science experiment Theory 1 H2 + O2 can bind and make H2O2 premise proved found to be valid Theory that guy looks sketchy to me +wiretap and walla proved yes/no wow that just like you calling the police because someone is walking around your parking alot looking in car windows you would have the cops look into it hum well you can bet the people deciding on who to wiretap without a warrant have some guess that the person may be doing something illegal

you cant understand about warrantless wiretaps but Phill you seem like a logical fairly smart person i feel sure that you can come up with an idea why someone in the government would think it nessasary to use a wiretap on someone without first providing enough information to a federal judge to obtain said warrant i can come up with many 1 time constraint get a post warrant oh yea they do that now 2that guys eyes are too close together ill bet hes doing something fishy/well if hes not then noharm
