Now I do adore Nigella, but i'm curious as to whether this Is this an episode made specifically for the US market? The reason I say this is that on this side of the Atlantic we tend to use "cornflour" rather than cornstarch and graham crackers aren't all that easy to get - normally we'd use digestive biscuits as a cheesecake base. Plus using cups as a measurement isn't that common - although once you get used to it, it is very efficient.
