My absolutely favorite rendition of my favorite holiday carol. The timbre and tone of your beautiful baritone voice is perfect for this song. I listen to it year round, not just the holidays. Thank you.

you have one of the most beautiful voices I have EVER heard. Your voice is truly a gift and what's even louder is your beautiful spirit...instantly warms and soothes the soul. Thank you so much

Very nice. My uncle J.P. Cormier recorded this last year on his Christmas album, that was the first time I had ever heard it. I'm guessing that the audio on this was recorded directly from the mixer, and not through a camera mic. Sounds great.

Holst wrote the hymn tune for this song, "Cranham" when he lived in the same village as me, Cranham in the UK.
It's strange walking past midwinter cottage and thinking of such a well known piece of music being composed there that would later be used as a carol.
